Job Summary
We're looking for an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join reputed company and help us deliver an extraordinary experience to our landline users. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with our customers to resolve their concerns and provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
* Track customer concerns, identifying trends, and driving calls to resolution
