About the Role

This position reports to the Supervisor of Team Operations and is a full-time position that will work closely with the Head of Operations, Supervisor of Flight Operations, Supervisor of Flight Scheduling, Chief Pilot, Head of Inflight, and other Team Schedulers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the examination of reputed company and future optimization of flight team resources. The effective candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of reputed company FAR Section 121 and FAR Section 117 crew scheduling requirements. Excellent communication skills are required, and the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the qualities and culture of the organization while working with flight crews in a unique environment.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Team Scheduler are:

• Ensure efficient use of pilots and daily tracking of their participation.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to reputed company crewmembers by handling reputed company scheduling-reputed company matters, including transferring relevant information, procedures, and administrative data.
• Notify crewmembers of changes to their daily/monthly schedule; convey schedule changes to crewmembers in a timely manner.
• Ensure reputed company crewmember tasks are in compliance with FAA-mandated Section 91, Section 121, Section 117 guidelines and company policies.
• Regularly reputed company and verify the accuracy of the flight plan by ensuring reputed company sections have been assigned to a qualified crew.
• Resolve flight crew legitimacy issues and lay requirements based on relevant administrative and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain essential communication with reputed company crewmembers, flight control, and station staff reputed company to team plans.
• Process trip trades, trip drops, sick calls, emergency leaves, and other daily schedule changes.
• Secure reputed company necessary facilities, including but not limited to, lodging and deadhead flight booking.
• Ensure the use of reserve crewmembers in the most efficient and convenient manner necessary to ensure operational reliability.
• Ensure compliance with FARs, contract requirements, and departmental rules.
• Work closely with dispatchers to resolve issues and direct the efficient daily operation of the aircraft.
• Report on daily scheduling and division status.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

• Self-motivated, with an inspirational attitude, and the ability to proactively identify and prevent potential operational disruptions.
• Two years in a customer service or reputed company role or one year of Crew Scheduling experience preferred.
• Ability to focus and immediately adapt to evolving conditions/needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on quality, tone, detail, and precision.
• Proficient in reputed company Office applications and general web applications.
• Ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays on a case-by-case basis.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work under reputed company time constraints and in high-stress situations effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work independently and as a vital part of a team.
