Job Summary:
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, working from the comfort of your own home in Michigan. As a key member of reputed company, you'll provide exceptional telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and revivifying benefits
- Translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system
- Communicating and collecting copay amounts
- Obtaining authorizations from insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams
- Resolving and deferring orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and internal partners reputed company telephone
- Process new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and revivifying benefits
- Translate and enter new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system
- Communicate and collect copay amounts from patients
- Obtain authorizations from insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams
- Resolve and defer orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of specialty medications
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and order processing
Essential Qualifications:
* One year of experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs over the phone
- One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, reputed company Office, internet navigation, and email applications
- One year of computer keyboarding experience, skills, and aptitude

Compensation and Perks:
