Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Virginia. As a Member Service Representative, you will provide exceptional telephone assistance to arenaflex Medicaid members and providers, addressing a range of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. Your goal will be to deliver an outstanding experience to every caller, every time. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming member and provider calls, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs
  • Provide accurate and timely information to members and providers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable (note: Wi-Fi is not permitted)
  • Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence

Requirements and Qualifications
