Your Role in Our Mission
As a Call Center Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound calls from healthcare providers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Researching customer inquiries and responding to them in a timely and accurate manner.
- Processing calls reputed company, accurately, and with quality to ensure service levels are met or exceeded.
- Collaborating with team members, management, customers, and clients to resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with state-identified policies, procedures, and criteria.
- Staying up-to-date with industry best practices, process improvements, and customer service trends to maintain a state-of-the-art Contact Center.

- Two or more years of customer service or telephone experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with accountability for self-time management.

* Full-time (40 hours a week) position with the possibility of shift work and overtime reputed company necessary.

Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29,100 - $41,600 per year, however, the reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
