Job Summary:

As an Application Administrator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing entry-level application administration tasks, including data entry, customer support, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with end-users to set up their organization and user credentials, ensuring a smooth transition to our new application. Your excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (u003E40 wpm), and proficiency in Word and reputed company will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support to end-users, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
