Key Responsibilities

As a Business (B2B) Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with business customers reputed company phone and email to provide information about products and services
• Keeping records of business interactions or transactions with assigned B2B Reps, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
• Processing service requests through appropriate arenaflex channels to facilitate timely reconciliation
• Ensuring correct authorization is received, recorded, and saved on reputed company requests
• Conducting account analysis and reviews and proposals
• Following up with businesses to document their experience with service
• Contacting businesses to align with arenaflex B2B representatives for reputed company
• Daily use of Word, reputed company, reputed company, and spreadsheets
• Extensive and accurate typing required

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required
• Proficient in reputed company Office and basic computer skills
• Experience with face-to-face or telephone sales preferred

Schedule
