Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll be responsible for handling incoming calls from new and existing business clients, addressing their requests, and providing support to ensure their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls from new and existing business clients, addressing their requests and providing support to ensure their satisfaction
- Use knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to address issues, provide information, and reputed company orders
- Correctly document customer interactions and track call types to maintain support service levels and uphold Customer Service standards
- Own follow-up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability
- Take inbound phone calls for up to 90% of assigned shift

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year's experience in high-volume calls or call center experience
- Medical-reputed company background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience is a plus
- Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills
