Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, while working closely with patients.
• Conduct numerous adherence reputed company efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies.
• Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, while proactively gaining patient and order information.
• Provide customer education, routine assessment, and problem identification, with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist.
• Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, health care, reimbursement-reputed company requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and other relevant areas.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone.
• 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, reputed company, or another similar application.
• Must reside in the state of Nevada.
