[Remote] Client reputed company/Onboarding Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SimplyInsured is on a mission to eliminate fear in health insurance, specifically aiding small business owners in navigating their insurance needs. The Client reputed company Coordinator will support the onboarding process and ensure customers are successfully enrolled with their insurance carriers, while providing outstanding service throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process of new groups from application through to successful enrollment
- Work with customers on their annual benefits renewal process and any coverage or reputed company changes
- Utilize phone, text, and email to provide proactive onboarding support and reconcile issues for customers
- Partner with internal team members in reputed company operations and support to ensure a smooth, high-satisfaction experience for customers
- reputed company detailed notes/records in reputed company regarding customer accounts and interactions
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales role
- A Life and Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain one reputed company 3 months of employment
- Positive and optimistic personality and strong customer reputed company and focus
- Highly productive with good multitasking skills
- Able to work in a high-volume work across channels and tasks
- Fantastic oral and written communication skills
- Strong desire to help businesses maximize their healthcare
- Previous experience with reputed company a plus!
