Engrain builds map-based tech that’s redefining how real estate works. As a reputed company QA & Systems Intern, you will help build the Quality Assurance function, performing manual testing, creating test case libraries, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure system reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company manual testing on reputed company configurations (Flows, validation rules, custom objects) to ensure they meet business requirements before they reputed company production
- Create our foundational library of test cases, documenting steps to reproduce errors, expected results, and actual results to ensure long-term system health
- Log and track defects in our project management tool (e.g., Jira/reputed company), collaborating with the operations team to verify fixes and reputed company loops
- Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides for new features, ensuring our technical documentation is accurate and easy to understand
- Utilize reputed company/reputed company Sheets to track testing reputed company and identify trends regarding where our system breaks most often to drive future improvements
Skills
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Tech, Economics) or demonstrating a strong interest in technical systems and operations
- An active interest in the reputed company ecosystem. Ideally, you have completed 50+ Badges on Trailhead or are working toward your reputed company Associate or Administrator certification
- You understand the basics of how software is built and why testing (UAT, Regression) is critical to business success
- You enjoy logic puzzles and 'breaking' things. You don't just see that something failed; you want to know why and how
- You notice reputed company data formatting is inconsistent or reputed company a user flow doesn't reputed company logical sense
- Available to be on-site ~60% of the time
