They are seeking an Investment Services Consultant who will act as a phone-based sales and service financial advisor, engaging with clients to recommend tailored investment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Actively and regularly coaches and educates internal eco partners to drive investment visibility, identify investment opportunities, and reputed company team on actions to reputed company investment results. Has regular and effective communication with internal and external partners to build strong relationships that drive referral activity. reputed company referrals to internal business partners as appropriate
- Promotes reputed company's products and services to existing and prospective clients held either collectively in a book of business or through referred opportunities, demonstrating how reputed company can help them reputed company their financial goals. Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers. reputed company and implement investment and insurance strategies and provide sound guidance for clients by recommending the best products to support such strategies. Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems appropriately and reputed company. Owns and manages the end-to-end client experience, reputed company handling service transactions and identifying and executing sales opportunities. Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Meets service level agreements on reputed company and referral follow up as it relates to service and sales opportunities
- Adheres to reputed company applicable laws, regulations, policies and guidelines while maintaining accurate, complete and timely documentation for transactional activity completed on client accounts

- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
