They are seeking a reputed company Representative to support customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• reputed company customer onboarding and training experiences, including live training sessions and follow-up guidance
• Support customer data setup and configuration to ensure accurate and successful implementations
• Provide professional, timely, and courteous chat and email support during business hours
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for customers during onboarding and early lifecycle stages
• Triage, document, and escalate product issues, bugs, and feature requests with clear, actionable detail
• Maintain and improve onboarding documentation, and training materials
• Identify customer risks, adoption gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and take ownership of follow-through
• Contribute structured customer feedback and insights to Product and Sales teams
• Recommend and assist in implementing process improvements across onboarding, support, and help-center resources
• Share best practices and documentation to support team knowledge and reputed company improvement
• Meet or exceed established response time, onboarding success, and customer satisfaction KPIs

• Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
• Customer-facing experience in support, onboarding, training, or reputed company
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• 1–3 years of experience in a SaaS or technology-enabled customer-facing role (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
