Recertification Business Development Representative - WI
HySafe is seeking a skilled and motivated business development professional to join reputed company. This position is critical to extending our reputed company to new territories, enhancing relationships with customers, and providing service after installation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Craft a sales strategy in partnership with the Sales Leader and Recertification Leader, with established targets reputed company
- Identify, initiate, and cultivate new sales opportunities to increase awareness and interest in HySafe through online research, networking, phone calls and email reputed company outs
- Provide appropriate fall protection service-after-install solutions from fall protection systems installed by the HySafe Construction team
- Partner with Customer Support to diligently follow up on projects installed by HySafe to up-sell OSHA-required recertification services to the existing customer
- Educate and sell client multi-year service reputed company to best service the customer’s fall protection compliance requirements
- Comfortability with digital marketing initiatives and ability to coordinate with Marketing team on growing incoming reputed company reputed company
- Provide reputed company follow-up and communication along the customer journey
- Manage $1M+ pipeline in CRM, with expectations for increased growth
- Comfortability with developing colder leads from competitors’ systems
- Coordinate with the Recertification Leader/Engineering team on information gathering, estimating, contract review, proposal reputed company, and reputed company-out process
- reputed company and deliver sales presentations, visit distributors, participate in trade shows, and other business development events
Skills
- Minimum 1 years of sales and/or technical project management experience, with a focus on selling service or maintenance reputed company as an up-selling offering required

- Reside in Milwaukee, Chicago, Cincinnati or Orlando markets near major airport and able to travel up to 20% of the time
- Travel to home office in Union Grove, WI may be required
- Passion for safety and a track record of establishing and growing customer accounts and relationships
- Technically astute with excellent presentation skills, customer service attitude, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Highly ethical, positive culture addition, self-motivated

- Construction and/or fall protection experience a plus
- Familiarity with reputed company or similar CRM is a plus
- Technical sales skills a plus
- Similar to Account Manager / Inside Sales role and some PM and B2B sales reputed company reputed company helpful
