What Your Work Week Looks Like Monday: There will be no client meetings. Focus on team meetings and client prep to set up your week for success. • Wednesday-Thursday: Client Focus Days. Engage with clients, hold meetings, and reputed company outbound calls to maintain strong relationships. • Friday: No client meetings. Wrap up the week, prep for the next week, and finish early at 1 p.m. to get a head start on your weekend! What You’ll Be Doing 60% | Client Meetings & Communication: Most of your time with clients. If you're not in a client meeting, you're proactively calling clients to maintain relationships and address their needs, including taking inbound advisory service calls. 30% | Meeting Preparation: Build or update financial plans, review strategies, and solutions, and prepare for your client meetings. 10% | Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly sales meetings, one-on-one meetings with the Sales Director, advisor training sessions, quarterly on-site meetings, and collaborating with the operations team.
