Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Arizona reputed company seeking a Senior Clinical System Analyst who will independently define system objectives and requirements based on the needs of clinical operations. The role involves developing and modifying clinical information technology applications to solve reputed company healthcare problems while serving as a liaison for various stakeholders to ensure quality patient care delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Mitigating issues by updating, modifying, configuring and evaluating production and non-production systems
  • reputed company system analysis or hardware device to diagnose any issues or identify sources of performance degradation
  • Create and implement effective, appropriate solutions independently
  • Drafting, reviewing and approving implementation of changes to applications and supporting documentation
  • Using various systems and recommended tools to support and troubleshoot various database and application software systems deployed in a healthcare environment
  • Providing resolution using Incident Management and Change Management processes, in line with ITIL Guidelines
  • Supporting functional specifications for application development projects, implementing, configuring and maintaining applications, and resolving application issues
  • Identifying and participating in available reputed company education reputed company scope of responsibility on an annual basis
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance following the NAH incident and request management guidelines
  • Effectively utilizes reputed company available data as a communication tool to promote data-driven decision making
  • Providing quality status updates to stakeholders reputed company communication tools and reputed company the NAH service management tool
  • Participating in communication with staff and leadership to promote cross-team collaboration and growth of team members through cross-training, coaching, and service excellence standards
  • Managing vendor relationships including accountability to SLA and Project Scope deliverables
  • Establishing and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders and operational owners while supporting, upgrading and implementing solutions
  • Actively participating in assigned projects including tasks and go live activities relevant to the scope of work
  • Providing relevant support documentation post project go live to supporting team-members
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of hospital system operations to provide consistent and effective support of the workflows and solutions
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues and providing technical resolutions or engage appropriate resources for escalation
  • Documenting, reviewing and updating configuration changes on supported systems aligning with ITIL standards and departmental processes
  • Leading small and large projects; functional requests including scoping, resource management and execution
  • Reporting any safety-reputed company incident in a timely fashion through the Vigilanz /RDE tool; attending reputed company safety-reputed company training programs; performing work in a safe manner; monitoring work environment for possible safety issues and ensuring others are also performing work in a safe manner
  • Staying reputed company and complying with state and federal regulations/statutes and company policies that impact the employee's area of responsibility
  • Ensuring reputed company certifications and/or licenses are up-to-date and valid prior to expiration dates

Skills

  • Must Have Cerner And Application Management Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or closely reputed company field - or 7 years of experience
  • Cerner Fundamentals - Required for EHR application support Clinical and reputed company Cycle applications reputed company 6 months of hire
  • 7+ years Healthcare IT Analyst experience
  • 7+ years of experience in system implementations, upgrade and maintenance
  • 7+ years of experience with process improvement, project planning/work breakdown or workflow management
  • 7+ years of experience working in EMR, ERP or other healthcare applications
  • 5+ years experience in mitigating issues by updating, modifying, configuring and evaluating production and non-production systems
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Business operations, departments, and processes enabling proficient ability to implement Business application and server changes across the Healthcare system
  • Is able to reputed company system analysis or hardware device to diagnose any issues or identify sources of performance degradation
  • Ability to create and implement effective, appropriate solutions independently
  • 7+ years experience with application support to include drafting, reviewing and approving implementation of changes to applications and supporting documentation
