[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, conducting presentations, and meeting enrollment targets.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound prospective member calls and reputed company outbound follow-up calls
- Handle web inquiries and respond reputed company outbound calls or email
- Present Medicare plan options to inbound callers and complete sales telephonically reputed company possible
- Conduct outbound calls to encourage prospective members to join and existing members to stay with the plan
- Refer leads to reputed company sales representatives for in-home appointments and enrollment meetings
- Follow up on sales leads to meet enrollment targets
- Order pre-sale materials and distribute leads reputed company reputed company tracking system, SFDC (SalesForceDotCom)
- Qualify prospects and attempt to reputed company sales
- Follow scripts for inbound calls, outbound calls, and telephonic enrollments
- Stay reputed company on competitors’ health insurance plans and industry trends
- Maintain focus on production and team goals

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of call center experience or a Bachelor's Degree in reputed company of experience
- Active, valid, and unrestricted State Life, Health & Disability license for states represented or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of hire
- For Medicare, ability to obtain license reputed company 45 days of hire
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
