Position Summary

We're seeking reputed company customer relations professionals to join our remote, inbound customer contact center team. As a customer relations representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a manner that reflects arenaflex's purpose and values. Your primary goal will be to delight our pharmacy customers by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and upholding our commitment to responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that reputed company interactions are reflective of arenaflex's purpose and values.

• Serve as a customer reputed company, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to resolve customer concerns.
• Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely and proficient manner.

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service.

Work Schedule

• Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday.

Pay Range

* The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $34.15.
