Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Care and Visual Service Leader at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that reputed company customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing filtering gear technology to find and pick orders through the Warehouse Management System
  • Proactively monitoring order management systems to ensure that reputed company orders have been received accurately and that detailed descriptions are provided for any Overage/Deficiency/Damage issues
  • Identifying units for storage or shipment accurately
  • Lifting and moving products, up to 75 pounds unassisted and 150+ pounds unassisted or reputed company team lift, as required
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Working collaboratively with other teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, such as customer service, communications, or business administration
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Comfortable with repetitive lifting, up to 75 pounds unassisted, and moving products, up to 150+ pounds unassisted or reputed company team lift
  • Ability to read and communicate in English, for your safety and the safety of those working around you

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics

  • Certification in customer service, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation
