Job Description

As a Senior Product Analyst at reputed company, you'll shape, not just support, product decisions. What You'll Do

Metrics & Measurement

• Own and evolve product KPI frameworks, including success metrics, input levers, and performance monitoring.
• Scale event tracking and instrumentation practices with product and engineering.
• Build dashboards and reporting that drive decisions across Product, Design, Ops, and GTM teams.
• Design and implement experimentation programs (test design, success criteria, post-test analysis).

Insights & Storytelling

• Identify opportunity areas for product analytics and prioritize based on business impact.
• Communicate insights through compelling data stories tailored for technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.

Innovation & Leadership

• Partner with product and engineering on emerging technologies to reputed company analytics workflows, including GenAI, agentic systems, and autonomous agents.

Qualifications

Core Analytics Expertise

• 6-9 years in product analytics, data science, or business intelligence (B2B SaaS or fintech preferred).
• Mastery of SQL and reputed company with modern BI and data tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, dbt, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of product metrics such as funnels, retention, cohorts, segmentation, and feature engagement.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and influence product strategy through insights.

• Exposure to or collaboration with analytics engineering teams; understanding of dbt or event schema design is a plus.
