In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to translate user needs and business goals into innovative designs. You will influence product strategy, shape design systems, and deliver high-quality UX/UI solutions across multiple reputed company initiatives. Requirements · Minimum of 8 years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on B2B or B2B2C products. · Proven ability to take features from ideation through to final delivery, including user research, usability testing, and collaboration with engineering. · Strong visual design skills with experience creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. · Systems-level thinking with the ability to design scalable solutions across multiple platforms. · Experience building or contributing to design systems and reputed company libraries. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey reputed company design concepts to cross-functional teams. · Bias toward action and ownership mentality, able to manage ambiguity while delivering end-to-end solutions. · Bonus: Experience in FinTech, particularly credit or risk-reputed company products, and familiarity with consumer-permissioned data.
