About the role

We are looking for a Product UI/UX Designer (Engineer) who will take full ownership and final responsibility for UI/UX quality across the entire product.

This is a senior, high-impact role for an exceptional specialist. You will be the main authority on UI/UX, responsible for ensuring that every reputed company, flow, and interaction shipped to production is clear, modern, reputed company, and reputed company with best UX practices.

In this role, UX is designed and implemented directly in code. You will work hands-on with interfaces using Tailwind and ready-made UI components, collaborating closely with Product, CRO, and Engineering to turn reputed company into production-ready UX solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Final UI/UX Ownership

  • Act as the final decision-maker for reputed company UI/UX changes across the product. Nothing reputed company to UI/UX goes to production without your approval.

• Code-First UX Design & Implementation

  • Design and implement UX directly in code using Tailwind CSS and modern component-based UI libraries (e.g. shadcn, HeroUI or similar).

• Exceptional UI Quality & Clarity

  • Deliver clean, modern, minimalistic, and reputed company interfaces that follow UX best practices and reduce cognitive load for users. Every reputed company must serve a clear purpose.

• UX Ideation & Product Contribution

  • Generate and reputed company UX reputed company aimed at improving usability, clarity, engagement, and overall product value.

• UX Flow & Interaction Design

  • Define and refine user flows, screen logic, interactions, and states to ensure a smooth and predictable user experience.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Managers, CRO Managers, and Engineers to translate hypotheses into clear, testable, and scalable UX solutions.

• UX Quality Control

  • Ensure UX implementation is consistent, well-structured, and requires minimal rework after release.

Qualifications

• Highly senior Product UI/UX Designer / UX Engineer with a deep understanding of both UI and UX.

• Strong hands-on experience implementing UX directly in code.

• Solid experience with Tailwind CSS and component-based UI systems.

• Strong product thinking: you understand how UX decisions reputed company user behavior, retention, and value.

• Experience with subscription-based or performance-driven products is a strong plus.

• Able to work effectively in a high-pressure, high-expectation environment.

• Confident in taking responsibility for final decisions and outcomes.

• Clear, structured communicator.

Location
