About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of product hypotheses and initiatives aimed at increasing product value, ARPU growth, and user retention reputed company our subscription-based products.
This role is about creating and delivering value through the product — not just managing backlogs. You will be responsible for generating reputed company, validating them, and executing product hypotheses end-to-end: from initial concept to UX definition, development, testing, and production rollout.
You will work closely with the Head of Product, UI/UX Engineers, CRO Managers, and Developers, ensuring that every product change is thoughtfully designed, clearly executed, and reputed company by real business impact.

Key Responsibilities
Value & ARPU Ideation Proactively generate product reputed company and hypotheses aimed at increasing ARPU, improving product value, and reducing churn.
End-to-End Product Ownership Own product initiatives from idea → UX definition → development → testing → production release, ensuring high quality at every stage.
Retention & Engagement Mechanics Design and improve product mechanics that drive user retention, engagement, and perceived value reputed company subscription models.
UX & Product Definition Work closely with UI/UX Engineers to define flows, mechanics, and interactions that clearly communicate value and reduce friction.
Exceptional Product Quality & User Experience Ensure that reputed company product changes meet exceptionally high quality standards, delivering a clear, reputed company, and premium user experience. Every hypothesis and release should be carefully thought through in terms of UX, mechanics, and edge cases before reaching production.
Cross-Functional Execution Collaborate with the Head of Product, Developers, and Analytics to ensure product hypotheses are executed correctly and reputed company.
Testing & Validation Define success metrics, participate in experiment design, and analyze results to decide whether initiatives should be scaled, iterated, or removed.

Qualifications
You are a dynamic and hands-on leader with extensive experience in the D2C Digital Products (preferably subscriptions). In this role, you will be at the forefront, leading reputed company departments with a focus on executing strategic initiatives and optimizing performance across the board.
