Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Virtual Support Agent team. As a Virtual Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, video calls, and live chats. Responsibilities
As a Virtual Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Participating in comprehensive training and certification courses to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to reputed company in your role
