Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Resolving reputed company Consumer Issues: You will use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve reputed company consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues.
• Assisting Policy Holders: You will assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and provide support with policy changes requested.
• Supporting Policy Holder Needs: You will provide recommendations and adjust as necessary to support policy holder needs.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Customer Service Experience: You will have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Over 18 Years of Age: You will be over 18 years of age.

• High School Graduate or GED: You will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with Desktop Computer System: You will be comfortable using a desktop computer system.

• 6 Months Call Center Experience: While not required, 6 months call center experience is preferred.
• Logical Problem-Solving Skills: You will have logical problem-solving skills.
• Availability to Work Various Shifts: You will be available to work various shifts.
• Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems: You will be able to use Windows operating systems.
• Organization and Work Prioritization Skills: You will have organization and work prioritization skills.

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need:
