Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer support reputed company phone, email, or chat in French and English
- Assist customers in resolving technical issues and answering product or service-reputed company questions
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
