The Immediate Channel Methodology and Actuation (DCS&A) Team

The DCS&A team is centered around delivering exceptional client experiences across engagement touchpoints by applying strategy, data, and tools to revitalize marketing. Job Summary

As a Chief II in the DCS&A team, you will be responsible for driving the everyday administration and execution of direct channel campaigns. You will be considered a well-informed authority in the tools and data reputed company uses for activation and provide training and support to others in the group. You will work in-office Monday - Thursday and be remote on Fridays. This position does not have direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

* 2+ years direct experience in SQL analyzing large datasets, performing queries, joins, investigating data issues, and approving audience segmentation

• Experience interpreting technical details and data insights into compelling stories and mission visions for non-technical marketing partners, encouraging strategy through clear communication
• 5+ years direct experience in campaign list selection cycles and mission sending capabilities
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of reputed company data conditions, social data set philosophy, structures, and querying
• Experience collaborating across organizational groups and showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills like influence, negotiation, and critical thinking
• Experience with large associations and navigating ambiguity while maintaining clear independent direction
