Position Overview: As a Engagement Ambassador for iResponze, you will play a pivotal role in managing our online reputed company across various platforms including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Booking.com, reputed company, reputed company, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to guest reviews in a timely and professional manner, addressing both positive feedback and concerns. Additionally, you will build relationships with our customers, ensuring that their feedback is heard and addressed appropriately. This is a remote position with weekend availability required, estimated at 20-24 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to guest reviews on various platforms, including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Booking.com, reputed company, reputed company, etc.
• Experience utilizing Instagram, Facebook.
• Engage with guests in a courteous and empathetic manner, addressing their feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized responses and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues raised in guest reviews.
• Identify trends and patterns in guest feedback, providing insights to help improve our products and services.
• Uphold company policies and brand standards in reputed company interactions with guests and online communities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or social media management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

• Empathetic and solution-oriented reputed company, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Weekend availability required.
