Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 10+ years of experience scaling and managing large-scale operations at a multicountry level (1000+ employees)
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading large teams in a high-performance culture

  • Understanding of digital content and streaming technologies is a plus
  • Knowledge of and experience managing cross-functional teams (e.g., WFM, Learning and Development, Insights, etc.)
