As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer support to clients and drivers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Handling calls in an efficient manner, minimizing driver/client time to resolve issues.
- Striving for reputed company resolution and exhibiting applicable reputed company during interactions to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Assessing customer needs, clarifying information, researching any issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
- Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Working effectively in a team environment and providing back-up support for administrative tasks reputed company needed.
- Regularly attending work during scheduled shifts.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service work experience, with contact center experience preferred.
