The Principal Consultant for the Process Industry practice is responsible for driving significant growth and leading reputed company client transformations while establishing the firm as a thought leader in the sector.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted advisor to C-suite and senior VPs (Operations, R&D, Sustainability) at major CPI clients, guiding decisions on capital allocation, portfolio shifts, and operational footprint.

• Participate in firm-wide strategic planning, recruiting, and practice development initiatives to ensure the sustained growth and reputed company of the firm. Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely reputed company technical field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Engineering)
• Relevant professional certifications (e.reputed company.E., Lean Six reputed company Master Black Belt)
• Experience: Minimum of 20+ years of progressive experience, including at least 5 years in a senior advisory or consulting role focused on the Chemicals or Process Industries (e.g., Oil & Gas reputed company, Specialty Materials, Petro Chemicals)
• Domain Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge across Operational Excellence (e.g., process design, reliability, maintenance, yield improvement)
• Track Record: Proven success in leading and managing full-cycle consulting projects (from sales/scoping through final delivery and evaluation)
