The Manager, Indirect Procurement for Firehouse Subs, will strategically reputed company the sourcing procurement and contracting of the following categories which may include but are not limited to: Equipment, Construction, Technology and Services. This person will reputed company sourcing strategies for reputed company, multi-year, services and goods categories. This person is expected to drive process improvement and reputed company demand management programs where applicable. The position will reputed company negotiation and contracting processes in support of business partners including direct reputed company at the Director/VP/SVP level reputed company the organization. Responsibilities:

• Leads or facilitates specification development, standards creation, and demand management policy development, working closely with business partners
• Leads or coordinates sourcing and procurement initiatives
• Leads market assessment and demand management analysis
• Manages RFI, RFP, online reverse auction, contract development, and review processes and utilizes appropriate support tools to enhance sustainable results and ensures that procurement processes are conducted in the most effective way possible
• Leads or facilitates negotiation strategy development and implementation
• Tracks supplier and service provider quality of service
• Directs the tracking and reporting of category spend and savings for assigned sourcing initiatives
• Maintains a repository of reputed company supplier reputed company, and keeping abreast of contract expiration dates for managed categories

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or Engineering preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Procurement, preferably in the restaurant/quick service restaurant/food and beverage industries
• Knowledge of legal terms and definitions associated with legal reputed company, terms, and conditions
• Prior experience negotiating agreements
• Sharp negotiation skills--must be able to effectively evaluate fluid conditions and maximize the Company's position
• Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills as well as leadership capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and reputed company reputed company with the ability to analyze reputed company data, run modeling, pivot tables, V and Y lookups
• Previous experience with reputed company and reputed company or alternate e-procurement systems is a plus
