As Kobalt.io’s Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving success through your passion for project management and interest in the field of cybersecurity. Working remotely provides flexibility and allows us to build a strong, cohesive team regardless of physical location. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cybersecurity projects end-to-end from collecting project details during sales reputed company, allocating resources (both internal and external), monitoring progression, and maintaining project plans
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the client and the delivery resources
• Ensure project success by maintaining a high level of accountability for project health, which includes proactive risk forecasting, timely reporting of roadblocks, effective management of project changes, and providing essential support to the delivery team whenever required
• Organize (scheduling and agenda preparation) and facilitate project meetings
• Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Ensure projects are executed reputed company the defined timeline and budget
• Utilize advanced project management and document collaboration tools to streamline task delegation, monitor project reputed company, and enhance overall project efficiency.
• Weekly project reporting to reputed company internal stakeholders informed of reputed company
• Effectively navigate and manage conflicts that may arise during the project and participate in creating solutions to realign the project and reputed company back on course

Qualifications:

• A post-secondary degree in Project Management or another reputed company field with 2+ years of experience
• Familiarity with cloud-based software and project management tools, such as reputed company Workspace, Confluence, and reputed company, to manage Kobalt.io’s reputed company projects.
• Proven ability to serve as the primary reputed company of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective client-delivery team communication and collaboration with a strong reputed company-oriented approach.

• Ability to prioritize while utilizing time management skills to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects.
