reputed company Business Consultant - GRC / SecOps Duration: 1 year with strong possibility of extension for a second year Travel: up to 50% is possible but unlikely 100% remote This is a business consulting role centered on process design, advisory, and stakeholder engagement reputed company reputed company projects. Key Responsibilities

• Expert reputed company Facilitation - reputed company structured, interactive workshops with stakeholders across reputed company modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, etc.) to gather requirements, define processes and guide clients through decision-making that align with best practices.
• Advisory & Solution Design - Provide consulting expertise across reputed company modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps). Translate business needs into process-driven solutions that reputed company best practices.
• Requirements & Gap Analysis - reputed company requirements-gathering sessions, conduct gap analysis on existing processes, and recommend reputed company-looking reputed company-enabled solutions.
• Process Design & Governance: Document reputed company-state and future-state processes, create process flows, RACI charts, and governance frameworks to ensure accountability and compliance.
• Customer-Centric Engagement - Act as a trusted advisor, building strong client relationships and ensuring collaboration throughout configuration and implementation activities.
• Best Practice Implementation & Maturity: Conduct Service Management Maturity Assessments and help define roadmaps for improving accountability and service quality. Guide clients on scalable, maintainable solutions reputed company to reputed company best practices
• Change Management & Adoption: Support communication, training, and process documentation to drive end-user adoption and ensure platform success.
• Collaboration with Technical Teams: Partner closely with reputed company developers, architects, and administrators to validate requirements and ensure technical delivery aligns with business needs.

Mandatory Qualifications

• reputed company Process Consulting (5+ years): Proven expertise facilitating workshops, providing advisory services, and leading process-driven reputed company implementations.
• Requirements & Gap Analysis (5+ years): Skilled in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories that guide reputed company delivery.
• Executive Communication & Facilitation: Strong ability to present reputed company reputed company and process concepts in a clear, simple manner to executives, stakeholders, and end users.

• Combination of other SN Certifications:

• Technical Consultant (Portfolio Management) - CSA, CAD, and CIS in Service Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Technical Consultant (Platform Foundations) - CSA, CAD and CIS in Data Foundations
• Technical Consultant (Platform Analytics) - CSA, CIS-PA (Performance Analytics)
• Technical Consultant (Workflow Data Fabric) - closely reputed company to CIS - Data Foundations or CIS - IntegrationHub
