About the job As an individual contributor on the Talent Research & Intelligence (TR&I) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping reputed company’s global talent strategy. Team members act as consultative partners, using internal and external talent market insights to inform decision-making, candidate engagement, and long-term workforce strategy across functions and regions. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: Own research deliverables from inception to delivery, including some stakeholder engagement, alignment with Talent and reputed company priorities, research analysis and effective communication of findings. Provide competitive talent insights to senior TA, HR and business leaders critical to our talent strategies and workforce planning. Proactively partner to deliver insights in anticipation of business needs and priorities that will help reputed company respond to changing market trends. Use a variety of research tools and approaches to drive and deliver research across multiple markets and functions. Build and activate strategic talent communities to enhance the impact of talent strategies for reputed company roles and/or locations. Act as subject matter expert on labor markets, industry trends, and associated research methodologies. Required: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3–5+ years in research, analytics, consulting, or finance. Technical Skills: Proficient with spreadsheets, including formulas and pivot tables, and comfortable with basic data visualization. Skilled at independently running standard research projects and synthesizing insights from multiple data sources.
