Maintenance Supervisor Title: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Brownwood, TX Salary: $80-$85,000/Year Plus Benefits and Relocation for the right candidate. Requirements: Must have at least 5+ years experience in a Manufacturing plant working on high-speed machinery. Food manufacturing is a big plus for this role as well as PLC knowledge. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for performing mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and regular preventative maintenance tasks. What You Need for this Position

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Sensor and PLC Troubleshooting
