Key Responsibilities

• Handle heavy phone traffic for departments citywide, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Assist with interdepartmental cash and reporting/tracking functions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Process internal and external customer requests, including utility account connects, disconnects, and transfers, billing, reputed company calculations, and payment arrangements
• Receive, maintain, and account for monies for utilities, providing payment receipts and ensuring compliance with arenaflex's internal cash handling policies
• Account for and balance cash drawer daily, prepare daily deposit for the bank, and ensure compliance with arenaflex's internal cash handling policies
• Process commercial account set-reputed company, validate Tax IDs, and explain available solid waste services, calculating associated costs and completing service reputed company
• Generate and process solid waste work orders, maintain and file reputed company in an organized manner, and process, log, and file water leak adjustment and leak reputed company requests
• Assist with projects and reputed company back-office assignments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or environment
• Six months of cash handling experience, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
• Any combination of reputed company education, experience, certifications, and licenses that will result in a candidate successfully performing the essential functions of the job
