Job Summary

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer service calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be expected to handle 60-80 calls per day in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, utilizing multiple applications, knowledge bases, tools, and calculators to research and resolve customer queries. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
