The Role
As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' experience by:
- Warmly welcoming clients and identifying their needs with reputed company and understanding
- Collecting necessary billing information accurately and reputed company

Remote Work Details
* Positions are open to candidates in the Greater Knoxville, TN area
- Comprehensive reputed company provided (8 hours/day for two weeks)
- Commitment to a chosen shift is required during the 90-day probationary period
Compensation & Benefits
* $14/hour

Requirements
* At least one year of customer service experience and a stable work history
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Capable of managing a high volume of inbound calls with precision in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Qualifications
* College education
- More than one year of call center experience
