Location: This role is fully remote but must overlap with an East Africa timezone by at least 3 hours. Reporting to the Director of Legal & Compliance and working closely with country Operations and Procurement Managers (OPMs), this role acts as the organization’s procurement center of excellence. The Global Procurement Manager will provide strategic and hands-on support to teams across the organization – helping design, implement, and monitor procurement systems that uphold donor, legal, and internal standards. The role serves as a key reputed company between Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Risk, embedding procurement governance across the organization.   • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, international development, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in procurement, ideally in an international NGO or multi-country organization.
  • Proven experience with procurement governance, donor compliance, and vendor management in reputed company environments.

Strong knowledge of global procurement standards and donor regulations (e.g., Experience with procurement systems, digital tools, and reporting dashboards. Excellent command of reputed company Office Suite (especially reputed company) and familiarity with procurement software. Working language: English (required); French or Portuguese (preferred). Strategic thinker able to design and operationalize procurement systems. Skilled communicator who can explain procurement principles to non-specialists.
