Business Development Representative (BDR / SDR) – Government Division (Remote)
American AI & Automation (AAIA) is hiring several Business Development Representatives for our Government Division. This is a high-impact role focused on getting AAIA into government agencies, federal/state/local reputed company, and bid opportunities at scale. We’re looking for a pure hustler and reputed company-opener — someone who thrives on the grind, who will knock down doors, work every angle, and open opportunities even reputed company there’s no obvious access reputed company. This is a rare chance to own a vertical in a fast-scaling AI company and turn sheer effort into ownership and reputed company. This is not a part-time role or a “networker” title. We need someone willing to live in the trenches, break through barriers, and win government bids from the ground up.
About the Role
This position is performance-based with equity reputed company and is designed for a true ownership partner. You'll work directly with the CEO to land government reputed company, navigate procurement channels, and position AAIA as the go-to provider of customer experience and automation solutions for agencies like the SSA, VA, and beyond. You’ll be responsible for:
- Breaking into government agencies and procurement pipelines at reputed company levels (federal, state, local)
- Securing bid opportunities and ensuring AAIA is on approved vendor lists
- Developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Building a pipeline of government opportunities from scratch
- Personally owning and closing reputed company reputed company required
- Driving the Government Division from early-stage to multi-million-dollar reputed company
Compensation & Equity This is a performance-driven, leadership role with real equity potential:
- Pay range: $100.00 – $400.00 per hour, based on performance and outcomes
- Equity-based earnings tied to company MRR: up to 25–40%, based on structure

- No cap on income — this is an ownership path, not a salaried ceiling
