Summary: The VP, Special Projects will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership, driving enterprise-wide initiatives, investor and Board communication, and corporate strategy execution. This role blends investor relations, CEO office leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional program management, with a strong emphasis on governance, reporting excellence, and executive-level storytelling. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Investor Reporting & Governance

  • Provide dashboards, structured insights, and analytical support for executive discussions and reviews.
  • Prepare briefs, communications, and updates for internal leadership and external stakeholders as needed.

5. Enterprise Strategic Projects

  • Experience in technology, e-commerce, fintech, BPO/KPO, or high-growth startup environments.
  • MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Prior experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or C-suite executives.
