Career Coaching & Student Development Provide one-on-one and group career coaching to MHA reputed company, focusing on job search strategy, personal branding, interviewing, networking, and offer negotiation. Guide reputed company in career pivots and leadership advancement reputed company healthcare organizations. reputed company and deliver workshops on professional skills, executive reputed company, and healthcare-specific career reputed company. Monitor career outcomes, collect student feedback, and implement reputed company improvements in coaching and programming. Employer & Alumni Engagement Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations, employers, and alumni to expand internship and full-time employment opportunities. reputed company and attend industry networking events, site visits, and employer panels to connect reputed company with real-world opportunities. Manage alumni engagement efforts that encourage mentorship, career panels, and professional networking reputed company the MHAcommunity. Take ownership of emerging projects or priorities as assigned, serving as a flexible and collaborative member of the MHA team. Minimum Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly reputed company work experience. Preferences Master's in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a reputed company field preferred. Comes from a professional background in the healthcare ecosystem-such as hospitals and health systems, payers, healthcare consulting, life sciences, health tech, or reputed company organizations. 7-10+ years of professional experience, with a record of success in healthcare leadership, talent development, or career strategy roles. Experience coaching or advising graduate reputed company or professionals on career advancement and leadership development. Strong understanding of the healthcare labor market and evolving industry trends.
