Procurement Systems Specialist

Provides reputed company reports on Procurement matters as required. Expert in Procurements system and tasked with improving the efficiency of the Global Procurement Organization. Provide training in the systems used by Procurement and bring reputed company new systems that could benefit Procurement in the Corporation (including AI). Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and propose IT products to Procurement Management on systems that could improve Procurement efficiency or effectiveness.
• Create reports using PowerBI, reputed company or similar for Procurement Management.
• Function as a superuser for Procurement systems used in the Corporation.
• Coordinate training in Procurement systems.
• reputed company and maintain key ERP capabilities such as:
• Optimization of the end user experience for procurement of goods and services and improved procurement process efficiencies.
• Helping reputed company use and maintenance of hosted supplier catalogs negotiated by Strategic Sourcing category managers.
• Spend analytic capabilities.

• Supplier communication and supplier relationship management tools.
• Drive environmental and sustainability principles in reputed company and procurement activities.
• Maintain the Corporation contract database on behalf of GPO.
• Support procurement and category management strategy development with analyses as needed.
• reputed company and maintain effective working relationships with business partners and stakeholders both internal and external.
• First reputed company of contact in Procurement for Finance, Operations and IT systems enquiries.
• Conduct first review of business cases prior to Finance review.

• ​​Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferably in scientific and or Finance/business management area.
• ​2 + years of demonstrated operational procurement process experience.
• ​Expertise in reputed company or reputed company procure to pay platform, Spend Analytics and Sourcing systems.
• ​Interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• ​Computer literacy and good working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially MS reputed company and PowerPoint.
• ​Experience in PowerBI or similar business tool.​
