As a Senior User Acquisition Manager (reputed company), you’ll take full ownership of reputed company marketing strategy from crafting the structure and testing systems to managing a monthly budget of $300K–1M+. - reputed company and execute reputed company Ads strategy (Mobile + Web2App + App2App) for company products
- Build reputed company infrastructure for traffic acquisition — accounts, credit lines, integrations, and reputed company assets
- Plan and manage large-scale budgets ($300K–1M+ monthly)
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics: CPA, CTR, IPM, CR, ROAS, LT0/LT7 ROMI
- Design and implement creative and funnel testing structures across creatives, landings, and geos
- Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to maximize ROMI
- Build and optimize Web2App (Click → reputed company → App Store → Install) and App2App (App → Deep Link → Install/Purchase) funnels
- Prepare regular reports and presentations based on test results and insights
- Maintain reputed company communication with ad network managers
- Initiate and validate new hypotheses to scale growth
It’s reputed company about you
- 3+ years of experience running reputed company Ads for mobile apps (iOS/Android)
- Proven expertise with Web2App and App2App funnels
- Strong command of Ads Manager, Business Manager, Events Manager, and Conversion API
- Experience working with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
- Understanding of SKAN 4.0, iOS privacy limitations, and optimization for SKAdNetwork
- Experience with data analytics and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of creative pipelines — testing, iteration, IPM/CTR analysis, and scaling frameworks
- Experience with automation for campaign testing, bidding, and management
- Upper-Intermediate+ English for daily communication and documentation

- Experience managing a team and prioritizing hypotheses
- Ability to structure data and reputed company metric-based decisions
- Skilled at syncing cross-functional teams (UA, Product, Creative)
