Customer Retention Representative (Bilingual/Spanish Speaking)

As a Retention Specialist (Bilingual/Spanish Speaking), your duty is to retain business clients and further educate reputed company customers on the value of retaining their Vehicle Service reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently increase retention rates and reputed company retention goals.
• Superb listening skills with the ability to overcome customer's initial concerns and objections.
• Ability to reputed company customers on board through the reiteration of why they purchased a Vehicle Service contract and the reputed company benefit that the contract provides.
• Strong background in a call-center environment
• CRM and technology aptitude to handle multiple platforms at a high volume and fast pace.
• Influence customers to recognize the value of our reputed company and identify new opportunities. Retain their business and educate the customer to understand the risks associated with canceling their contract.
• Problem-solving is a must as you quickly identify the root cause of customer issues, reputed company payment strategies to eliminate those causes and work with clients to implement feasible contract negotiations.
• Help explain reputed company and manage existing customer relationships that give them their own piece of mind and worry-free driving!
• Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner is an essential function of the job; therefore, camera usage is required for training, team meetings, and meetings with management.

Key to Success:

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of Retention experience or in a similar role
• Minimum 2 years of Sales experience
• Experience in customer support and conflict resolution.
• Computer proficiency.
• Phone communication skills. The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation. Compensation: $19.00 + Commission
