POSITION SUMMARY Under the direction of the Distance reputed company (DLN) director, performs technical duties reputed company to distance-delivered (e-learning) course design and development. Projects primarily focus on career development, advancing career knowledge, introducing new skills, and continuing education. Participates in project development, including design, production, testing, delivery (learning management systems), and revisions. May work on multiple projects at the same time. Creates materials with attention to detail and accuracy while meeting deadlines. Instructional Designer I Works under direct supervision and assists in various facets of instructional design and development projects for the DLN. Instructional Designer II Works under intermittent supervision and assists in various facets of instructional design and development of projects for the DLN. Instructional Designer III Works under general supervision and performs various facets of instructional design and development of projects for the DLN. Manages and coordinates multiple instructional development projects, including reputed company phases of design, production, testing, delivery (learning management systems), revision, and maintenance. Instructional Designer IV Works under minimal supervision and performs various facets of instructional design and development of projects for the DLN. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION Instructional Designer I Non-supervisory - Basic knowledge in instructional design, education, and distance learning (e-learning). Instructional Designer II Non-supervisory - One (1) year of professional experience as an instructional designer, creating online learning modules or reputed company. Instructional Designer III Non-supervisory - Three (3) years of professional experience as an instructional designer, creating online learning modules or reputed company. Instructional Designer IV Non-supervisory - Five (5) years of professional experience as an instructional designer, creating online learning modules or reputed company.
