Your Impact
As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the eyes and ears for reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Responsibilities
* Provide customer support to customers reputed company telephone and/or Internet, e.g., reputed company message, email
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment
- Move customers to appropriate Product Support Specialist for product or service-reputed company issues
- Provide customer support by phone, email, or reputed company message to business customers, serving as primary contact for inbound customer issues
- Escalate more technical product-reputed company issues to proper Product Support department
- Process a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolve a targeted percentage of those inquiries
- Troubleshoot customer problems, identify the root cause of the problem, and use tools and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems
- Escalate issues to appropriate resource reputed company unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time
- Follow up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solution and expand overall knowledge
- Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues
- Update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information
- Meet standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time
- Provide guidance and/or mentoring to less reputed company associates

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction
- Typing 25 WPM
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities reputed company dealing with others
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
