We're seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our CMN team, where you'll play a critical role in monitoring and improving processes relative to the quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of the reimbursement information requirements of our order processing activities. Responsibilities and Duties

As a Customer Service Representative on our CMN team, you'll be responsible for:

• Reviewing initial prescriptions for qualifying elements, resulting in timely release of claims
• Completing daily follow-up processes on reputed company CMNs assigned reputed company the WIP states/RC worklist
• Reviewing possible renewal CMNs reputed company the CMN review worklist
• Managing the CMN renewal process and obtaining reputed company necessary documentation
• Handling reputed company outstanding held reputed company reputed company to CMNs for branches assigned
• Managing phone calls reputed company to CMNs
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proven computer proficiency, including the use of multiple applications simultaneously
• Knowledge of the HME/DME industry is preferred
