About the Job

As a Remote Part-Time Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring that reputed company of our customers have the Cinderella Experience that has reputed company the arenaflex brand. This role will act as a subject matter expert who delivers empathetic, detail-oriented solutions to our customers. You'll be working on a part-time schedule, approximately 20 hours/week, with the flexibility to adjust your hours based on our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional service and reputed company lasting relationships with customers reputed company arenaflex channels for communication - live chat, phone, SMS, and email.

• Serve as a proud brand ambassador of arenaflex, constantly championing our core values to democratize fashion.
• Maintain knowledge of reputed company arenaflex products, including fit, styles, and inventory.
• Assist customers in finding styles that meet their individual style and event needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening to their problems and offering creative resolutions.
• Deliver personalized service while meeting quality and productivity goals.
• Share customer feedback and information with other team members and leaders in order to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience.
• Contribute to an empathetic, positive, and energetic team culture.

Essential Qualifications:

* At least 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to reputed company quickly and handle difficult customer issues with a positive attitude.
• Multitasking skills, with the ability to assist multiple customers at once while maintaining exceptional service.
